Private Jet to Las Vegas

A private jet to Las Vegas lands you at Harry Reid International (LAS) or Henderson Executive (HSH), minutes from the Strip, with your car waiting at the aircraft. The city's calendar rarely slows down: the Formula 1 Grand Prix in November, championship fights, conventions, residencies and New Year's Eve. Altrove Jets arranges flights with FAA-certificated operators from New York, Miami, Los Angeles and beyond, and plans arrivals and late-night departures around the event, not an airline timetable.

Why fly private to Las Vegas

  • Las Vegas hosts major events almost every week, from title fights and UFC cards to F1 and large conventions. Each one fills commercial flights quickly, while a private jet leaves when your group is ready.

  • Henderson Executive (HSH) is a quiet general aviation airport south of the Strip, convenient for the south Strip resorts and Henderson homes. You skip the commercial terminal, baggage claim and taxi lines.

  • Many jets fly into Las Vegas for events and leave empty afterward, so empty legs are common, especially early in the week after a big weekend. We watch for options that match your dates.

  • Los Angeles to Las Vegas is a short private flight of about an hour, a fraction of the time the drive on I-15 takes on a Friday. Same-day trips are common.

  • After a late fight or a New Year's countdown, you can leave at 2 a.m. if you want. Both LAS and HSH handle private departures late at night, subject to each airport's rules.

Airports and FBOs

Harry Reid International (LAS) is next to the Strip and has several private FBOs, convenient for mid-Strip resorts such as Bellagio, Wynn, Encore, The Venetian and Resorts World. Henderson Executive (HSH), about 15 to 20 minutes south, is often quieter and suits Mandalay Bay, Aria, MGM Grand, T-Mobile Arena and Henderson. North Las Vegas (VGT) is another option for Summerlin and the northwest. We recommend the airport based on your hotel, the event and the time of day.

Flying home from Las Vegas

Departures can be scheduled around the event, including late at night or early in the morning, subject to airport rules. Sunday and Monday after a big weekend are the busiest departure days, so we confirm your return when we book the outbound. Empty legs back to New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Dallas appear often in the days after major events.

Frequently asked questions

What airport should I use for Las Vegas on a private jet?

Henderson Executive (HSH) is usually quieter and convenient for the south Strip and Henderson. Harry Reid International (LAS) suits mid-Strip hotels such as Bellagio, Wynn and The Venetian. North Las Vegas (VGT) can work for Summerlin. We recommend the airport based on your hotel and plans.

How long is a private jet from New York to Las Vegas?

Teterboro (TEB) to Las Vegas (LAS or HSH) usually takes about 5 hours to 5 hours 30 minutes westbound, and a little less on the way back. A super-midsize or heavy jet is the most comfortable choice for this transcontinental flight.

How long is a private jet from Los Angeles to Las Vegas?

Van Nuys (VNY) or Burbank (BUR) to Las Vegas takes about 45 minutes to an hour. A light jet or turboprop is ideal for small groups, and the short flight makes same-day trips for a show, a fight or a meeting easy.

How much does a private jet to Las Vegas cost?

It depends on where you start, the jet size, the dates and whether you fly one way or round trip; event weekends cost more. Empty legs can lower the price when the timing fits. See the market estimate on this page; your quote confirms the exact price.

Are there empty leg flights to and from Las Vegas?

Often, yes. Many aircraft arrive for events and leave empty, especially from Sunday to Tuesday after big weekends. Empty legs depend on another client's schedule and can change, but we let you know when one matches your route and dates.

How far ahead should I book for the Las Vegas Grand Prix?

For Grand Prix weekend, usually in November, booking two to three months ahead is wise. Aircraft, FBO parking and hotel suites fill early. Race hospitality can be arranged on request, subject to availability, alongside the flight.
